Requirements:

• secondary technical or higher education
• experience on the drilling rig
• purposefulness
• teamwork skills
• minimum quantity of downtime of the drilling rig
• discipline in journals instruction of safety and a labor safety
• safe conduct of drilling operations
• qualitatively performed plan in a timely manner
